Exxon Communications Ltd is a full-service solution provider. Our head office is located in Banana Dar Es Salaam and we support remote sites across multiple regions of Tanzania since 2022. We place our focus on leveraging our infrastructure and footprint to support a broad spectrum of organizations with rapid deployment and emerging technologies
Major Responsibilities:
1. Identify, persuade, and assist prospective customers at Vodacom touchpoints.
2. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and needs.
3. Resolve technical issues related to mobile devices, services, and network connectivity.
4. Manage and document customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests by filling SRM logs.
6. Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and Vodacom offerings
7. Promote Vodacom's products and services to potential and existing customers.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication of product features and benefits.
9. Create LIPA numbers, facilitate KASI internet, SUPA KASI activation, and other related tasks.
10. Gather information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.
11. Plan and schedule Go-To-Market activities to generate new customers and sustain relationships
12. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
13. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changes in business needs
14. Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and performance metrics.
15. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for a unified customer experience.
16. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer satisfaction.
17. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

General requirements:
1. Diploma, or Certificate with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
2. Empathy, goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, team working and positive attitude.
4. Possess good customer care knowledge, negotiation, presentation, etc.
5. Fluent in written and oral English and Swahili.
6. The applicant must be willing to work anywhere within Tanzania as the employer shall determine.
Job location: Masasi, Iringa and Moshi.
Reporting to: Mobile Shop Manager/Supervisor.
